The issues with our snow guards have been addressed. The moisture/frost issue in our attic is also presently under review. Clicklock has been quick to respond to recent concerns and is working towards a solution.
As with all Contractors, there are ups, downs and some unexpected changes in the Work. Our roofing project was no exception; however, following several discussions, all of our issues and concerns were fully rectified. The management at Clicklock actively sought to ensure our complete satisfaction. Without going into great detail, the hiccups faced during our project were promptly dealt with upon management intervention. The installation team was fantastic and the final product looks great. Living in a home where you know that you will never need worry again about the roof is a feeling that never gets old.
