I hired them to paint the exterior brick of my house last summer. James, the guy who owns this company I believe, came over and gave me an estimate, claiming that excellent customer service was differentiated his company from the other painting companies out there. This could not be further from the truth. He sent this painter named Daryl, who did a sloppy job, leaving paint splatters on my awning and fence. I didn't even complain about that because I usually hate to complain. However after I paid them, I noticed that they'd forgotten to paint the chimney. When I called James about the problem, he assured me that he'd take care of it right away. This was last October and he has not called me back despite my numerous calls & emails. I even told him that I was going to leave very negative feedback on this site and still nothing. Just goes to show how much he cares about his business. I am now thinking of taking legal action.
