We sleep in our basement and have a suspended ceiling in it. It makes it very easy to hear critters while it's night time. We called in reliable pest because they had a 1 year warranty and decent reviews. When the staff arrived they were always pleasant but they didn't do anything to prevent the mice from coming in. They put down black traps for the mice to eat and likely die in our house. They only pointed out entry points and made suggestions on how I could keep the mice out. They were only at our house for 15-20 minutes each time they showed up and charged an arm and a leg for their services. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
