Terrible service, rude and lazy workers and management. They don't do what you ask for. Their work is very sloppy and uneven. Every time I asked them to fix or change something they shook their heads. It got to the point where I called the company and the disgrace of a human being began to yell at me. I would not recommend Royal Mouldings to anyone because of their poor work, lazy attitude, and unprofessional ways. I'm not supposed to carry around a measuring tape and inspect every inch of their lousy work. If I could rate this company anything below than zero, I would.

First of all, you yourself stated that you were fully satisfied with the crown moulding installation. It doesn't reflect anywhere in your review.
Originally we agreed on the scope of work for the wainscoting part and then in the process you, the customer, started constantly changing your mind on the layout and how the wainscoting should look. Before any major detail of the trim was installed, the carpenters asked your advise and approval. Even after your own approval as to the layout and the look, on more than one occasion the installers had to strip all the trim down and re-do from scratch, in some cases two times for the same part, at no cost to you. Changes are ok to make, but not to the extend that you wanted them to be.Then as the project had advanced you tried to convince the installers to do some additional work for free, without consulting the company. That's why you claim that they didn't want to do what you wanted. As responsible and reliable workers they felt obligated to contact the company first on any changes/additions, and that's why you feel upset as you haven't got a free ride.
Four professional carpenters were working non-stop for three full days. The last day they finished at 1:30 after midnight working hard for about 15 hours straight, in order to complete the project with all the changes and aggravation from your side, and after that you claim that they were lazy..
We did send our crew for a service in order to satisfy all your changes. First time we had arrived, you came up with an addition of a trim of which you haven't notified us prior to the arrival. The carpenters didn't have the required trim and we ended up cancelling and rescheduling, losing precious time we have in our tight schedule. Second time on site, we didn't leave until everything was installed as to your specifications and as was agreed verbally. That's why this review comes as a complete surprise to us.
And why would you state in your review, that you wouldn't recommend our company to anyone, as you did refer us to your brother.
Furthermore, being a mature person, it is not appropriate from your side to put personal insults and remarks in your review towards our worker, as we affirm with full confidence that we conduct ourself in professional manner at all times, and did our best efforts along the way to keep you happy.
