My husband and I were very satisfied with the expertise and the care taken by the installers of our new furnace. They did not rush but the job was done in a timely manner, and our basement was left in the same condition as when they arrived. Overall, an excellent job.!!! Sorry, we forgot their names, but they answered all our questions about the installation. David and Judy
