When we first walked into the KitchensON show room we were greeted promptly with friendly customer service. It was a breath of fresh air considering we had just come from a very poor customer service experience from a store we won't mention.. We had just bought our first home and were planning to demo the kitchen and start fresh upon moving in, but we didn't quite know where to start having never done anything like this before. Thankfully, we found Herman and Ksenia to be extremely knowledgable right from the beginning and it was clear to see that they stood behind the quality of their products but still offered a reasonable price which was a bonus! They helped us figure out all the details and answered all the questions we had along the way to make the vision for our kitchen a reality. The end result is an awesome kitchen that we absolutely love! (A nod to their installer, Ryan on the installation of the cabinets too! He really took pride in his work and it shows!). We are now loving entertaining in our new kitchen and we've had a lot of compliments on it! We have been so grateful for Herman and Ksenia's willingness to go above and beyond on making sure every detail was perfect! We would definitely recommend them to anyone as we already have to our family!
