We sourced 3 companies for estimates to replace our worn out shingles. I was surprised at the wide range of estimates, a difference of $2,000 for the same job. We went with the lowest bid, Dave Jonescu roofing, confident as he had done work on other homes in the neighbourhood and they were happy with the results. It was somewhat intimidating trying to choose the right colour of shingles, as it is something we'll have to live with for many years. Dave's suggestion was bang on. Dave was on site for the entire job. He and his crew worked very clean, I didn't find a single roofing nail left on the ground when they were complete. Our new roof looks fantastic!!!
