I made an order with Elizabeth on Sept 20, 2014 for hot tub covers and brackets for my 16 foot swim spa. Within 30 minutes, that same day, the order was cancelled, as I was informed that my husband made the order to dynasty spas a week earlier. Elizabeth told me my VISA payment of $2883.00 would be re-imbursed that week by Mr. Chris Shaw, as he was the only personal able to re-imburse me. Needless to say, three months later, despite various emails, phone calls, and false reassurances by Mr. Chris Shaw that my visa was being re-imbursed (both by email and by phone call - on two separate occasions), it has never occurred. I was never provided with an invoice of the order, or a copy of the cancellation, nor will Mr. Shaw provide me with a credit memo or confirmation number that indicates I will be re-imbursed on my visa - each time I am told it will happen. I have no product, and am out a substantial amount of money. I consider this theft until rectified.

I apologize for any inconvenience. I can assure you this most definitely is not theft. I will have Elizabeth follow up with you with in 24 hours to have this matter discussed and see what the hold up is. If the amount has been refunded I will have her provide your authorization number.
