What a breath of fresh air! In an age where it is hard to find a good, honest and hardworking professional, Brian gives first class service. His Outstanding work attitude and knowledge combined with his friendly polite manner and helpfulness that goes above and beyond normal service really impressed me. When my furnace that he installed for me a few years ago needed what I suspected was only a flame rod replacement, he answered my morning call promptly and came during a nasty winter storm and traffic to check it for me. After thorough tests, he confirmed the same suspicion he had as well. He told me straight up what I needed and what I did not need with good explanations of test results. Because of his honesty and reliability alone, I would highly recommend him to anyone. I luckily discovered him through my sister's recommendations who found his good knowledge and helpfulness impressive during their new furnace install. My dad who also had his blower replacement was also very pleased. I never knew you nor even met you before your work in my house but I encourage you to keep up the excellent work Brian and thank you very much for all your service and help.
