An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
garcon just finished a renovation to our main floor house in toronto. we gutted the complain main floor to the foundation and re-built it. including the kitchen, powder room and study. we found them easy to work with and always did a good job at communicating with us. overall the project turned out well and we are happy with the job and quality. it was a little delayed towards the end, but overall very pleased. i would use them again.
