An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
No matter how hard everyone tries, there are always times when there may be imperfections in a product, particularly if it is made half way around the world. As it happened, there was an imperfection in the couch we ordered. Decorium set out right away to correct the situation, ordering a replacement component and having a service team come to our home to correct it. it is a great testament when a company stands behind the quality of the product they are selling. We found this was the case with Decorium and we are extremely pleased with the results. We will definitely be back to Decorium for future furniture purchases. Rein
