I had an inspection completed on Sunday, October 19, 2014. Inspection completed by Lyall Coburn. A very thorough inspection and took the care and time to explain the utility room which was a plus for a first time home buyer. He was very hands on and gave suggestions on how to remedy small details. He took the time to answer all my questions and I did not feel rushed. He definitely has the knowledge and the experience, and I would not hesitate to refer him or to call him again. Thank-you Lyall! :)
