Tim was on time and his estimate was almost exactly what the final total was. Even though I botched the initial square footage for him and made him have to go get more materials! The carpet is so much tighter now than it ever had been. And he gave us tips on how to remove the crease marks from being rolled up for so long. And, Tim is such a nice guy to deal with!
