We just got our ducts cleaned by Double Diamond in Bowmanville. From the first phone call, they were great. They took the time to go over in detail what was included in their cost. They also gave tips on what to ask other companies when doing comparison shopping. Although they were not the cheapest, we went with them. They were open to when we wanted an appointment, coming out at 5pm! They called to let us know they were on their way and showed up on time. They were here for about 2.5 hours. Every step of the way, they showed us before and after. Our ducts (air intake, vents, ducts, furnace, air conditioner) are spotless. Best of all, the price was what they said. No hidden fees and no surprise in home assessment. I would highly recommend this company. You will be able to tell their professionalism and pride for their trade as soon as you speak to them!
