We contacted Bluestone home inspection to do a pre-listing inspection of our home. The report was very thorough and detailed. We ended up selling our house for the asking price because any of the issues that would have been negotiated in the sale were already outlined in the inspection. Kirk pointed out things in our own home that we had not known about and we were surprised at many of the issues he outlined. Because of the excellent experience with the pre-listing inspection we knew that we could trust Bluestone Home Inspection again to inspect the house we were looking to purchase.Extremely thorough and trustworthy!
