We have a set of 4 skylights that have leaking problem for a while. All the plywood and supporting beams under the skylights were all rotten. The insulation was deeply soaked. I called several companies for quotes. Andy gave me an exact quote after coming to our house and talking to me for an hour. In the email, he gave me several options with exact amounts, and also answered my numerous questions. Some other companies just ignored my call after the first phone call. And some just gave me a quote with tons of potential cost (such as additional delivery fee, $$per ft for addition beam). So I felt that Andy knows his work and gives an honest quote. It took Andy (with some help) 7 days to finish this project. He removed all the bad beams, plywoods, and insulation. And he replaced them with new ones. Also, new ice-shield sheets were added. We don't have the budget to get new skylights. So Andy put our existing ones back with new flashings and etc. Moreover, Andy even told me some problems of our house exterior he noticed during his work. His advice can save us a lot of troubles in the future. Now we don't need to worry about leaking when it starts raining. And we know who to call for future roof/skylight needs. We really appreciate Andy's hard work on our project. And we will definitely recommend Andy to everyone who has roof/skylight projects.

We have an insinkerator next to our dishwasher. And the dirty water from the insinkerator always goes back to the dishwasher. So our dishwasher is stinky all the time. Same came to fix this problem. The job was done professionally and on time. Now we have a clean dishwasher. No more stinky smell in the kitchen. We really appreciate Sam's help!

We had several ugly closet doors, which were occupying the main wall, in our bedrooms. We saw some cool hidden doors online and asked around to see if some contractors can transform our closet doors into hidden ones. After rejected by many contractors who either didn't know anything about hidden doors or thought the project was too small, we called Renaissance Painters. Jason answered our call and all our questions during the first phone call. A few days later, Nick came to our house and gave us an estimate as well as explained to us how he would do this project in details. It took Nick a week (he was patiently waiting for the special hinges we insisted with). He always says "whatever makes you guys happy, I will do it!" What a great pleasure working with Nick! Actually more like, what a great pleasure watching Nick work! Now we have beautiful hidden closet doors. And we can finally put our bed against that wall without having the ugly closet doors in the way. We really appreciate Nick's wonderful work and his even more wonderful personality! We also want to thank Jason for his patience over the phone! We would highly recommend Renaissance Painters to anyone who wants to get some reno done perfectly and happily!
