We had nasty clog in our drain, I called Dr. Rooter and Bill came to the rescues. He was very professional and gave me a reasonable estimate, I paid him in advance (Usually I do not do that) as I had to leave and he promised to complete the Job. Due to unforeseen circumstances the Job was not completed immediately and Bill told us that he will come back the next day. I was worried that he will never show up again, but to my pleasant surprise he came back first thing in the morning and finished the Job in timely manner. Definitely I will recommend Dr. Rooter to all my friends. And I they will be the first to call if I ever have another plumbing problem.
