Dino, boss of Pro Glo Paints, refuses to respond to my numerous requests to fix peeling paint on kitchen cupboards his company refinished 3 years ago. This company also replaced cupboard doors. From the outset cupboard door colour didn't match colour of cupboard sides and fronts. The peeling which has occurred in dry areas as well as around the sink has become unsightly. Poor workmanship and service have led to this problem.

Brad came 2.5h past time window and gave an estimate for 2 Stelrad replacements for 2 old cast iron bedroom rads. Brad seemed very knowledgeable and Hoerner had a good reputation so we decided to go ahead with the job. The work was done by Calvin and Claire about a week later; unfortunately the pipes under both rads were neither parallel to the floor nor close enough to the bottoms of the rads. When I called Hoerner to remedy the situation an appointment was made without an argument. Brad fixed the problem today in less than 1 hour. We are happy now.
