After the floors were installed and the money paid to NSG the floors needed some adjustment due to either product defect or installation defect. Despite more then dozen phone calls and e-mails NSG has not returned a single call. Promises have been made but no action. During our last conversation NSG said that this is not their fault and will fix the floor but at a charge. Even when I agreed to pay they still have not made any attempt to do so. I will be hiring another company to fix NSG botched up work. Buyers beware - this is not a company that will serve you well.
