They were clear and upfront about all charges(there were no hidden ones ) They followed up with quickly with an installation date and arrive right when they said they would. The tech was very professional,knowledgeable and helpful. They were taking over an existing system and thoroughly checked it over. The free monitoring for joining is great and I'm saving money too. Important to me is customer service too. Highly recommended

Gurwinder and his team were efficient and very clean. They paid attention to detail and careful placement of piping, new toilets,sink etc. They took time not only to ensure everything was working properly but followed through later to see if we were completely satisfied and came back no charge to make some minor adjustments. Their price was very competetive and their were upright and honest.
