It was a pleasant experience working with Benny, General Manager from company Restoration 1. He had responded to our emergency call (Friday after 9 PM) immediately and came over to our place in 40 minutes. During these 40 minutes he was constantly on the phone advising us about the first possible action to prevent water damage. After arriving he explained about the cause of the water leak and steps he will perform to clean up and dry the place. Benny estimated the best possible solutions to dry the water and remove possible causes for mold growing. He and his employee started to set up multiple pieces of the powerful and expensive equipment in the wet areas. There were many fans, heaters and dehumidifiers which worked during 72 hours non stop. The result was amazing and we were able to dry the area completely and prevent the mold growing. Thanks Ben! We will recommend your service to everyone.
