We had a very positive experience with Comfort Air. Our furnace broke down amidst a cold snap; we did a lot of research quickly because we had never purchased a new furnace. Of the several contractors we spoke to, Nick (of Comfort Air) was the only person to suggest that we may need a repair instead of a replacement (which would be cost saving for us). He offered to come over and assess our furnace free of charge and advise us of our options. He provided a same-day assessment, and we decided to replace our furnace. The job was scheduled for the following morning, and Nick and his team arrived on time (within a 1 hour window). The installation was completed in a timely manner, and they made an effort to keep the workspace tidy. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly service. There was absolutely no "up-selling." We paid exactly what we had discussed - no hidden costs and a reasonable price. We were also pleased with the warranty provided. We will consider Comfort Air for other projects in the future (such as replacing our humidifier). Our only hesitation was that Comfort Air exclusively deals Frigidaire products. We wanted information on other brands as well. We did or own research, however Nick also answered our questions honestly, giving due credit to other brands (although he does not deal them). In the end, we were very comfortable installing a high efficiency Frigidaire furnace (high quality product with a great warranty). It's a tidy looking unit and we've been warm for days!
