Our renovation was going fast and forward until we hit the proverbial brick wall, which happened to have asbestos. After calling 6 companies, interviewing 3 contractors on site, I chose none! You could just look at them and see they were just laughing at how much they had asked me for such a small job. Enter Marcelo! I was referred to him by another general contractor and decided to give him a call. The call went really well and invited him to our site. That is when we saw all his certification ids, expert tips that were not mentioned by the other guys and an estimate which was less than half the average of all the other ones we got. Marcelo started 2 days after and nicely surprised us by bringing 5 of his crewmen, which worked non-stop from 8 am until 6 pm. When they finished that first day it was clear they knew what they were doing as the site was actually cleaner than before the demolition. Marcelo is the best! People say one cannot find a contract who is reliable, expert and cheap. Well, every rule has its exceptions and Marcelo flies much above his competition based on my family's experience. Honest to the bone and very friendly, we kept exchanging small text messages with him even after the renovation had concluded. I highly recommend this company to all people who like to receive excellent services in return for their hard earned money.
