Benny Machtinger and his team were great. They were quick to respond and assess the damage. Benny was very professional and took charge by knowing what needed to be done in order for us to sustain the least amount of damage from the water that was in our basement. He showed up when he was scheduled to come, he took our calls and messages and responded each time. He brought in all the necessary equipment and worked hard to do the least amount of secondary damage as they were taking apart the damaged areas of our basement. Benny was here with his crew and did the work he had set out to do in an efficient and professional way. He was also good at giving us advise on what to do after his work was done. When we needed to get in touch with Benny a couple of months after his part of the job was complete, he responded quickly and came by to see what he could do to help.
