We had leakage around our walk-in shower. The house is only 5 years old. Several contractors said that we had to change the wall tile due to poor installation. Jeff came in and said the same thing, but he also recommended some remedial bracing in the basement. He never looked at it as JUST a tile job he wanted to make sure hat it the job was done professionally and would last more than 5 yrs. We are extremely happy with the job and Jeff.
