Owner Assad is exceptional in providing stellar service, quality and experts. Frank and Steven in one day removed old carpet, lay the new carpet, and removed all rubish, swept the hardwood floors, with mature professionalism, kind collegiality, grace with us as customers. The quality of their work on the 40 stairs was outstanding in every way, from the choice of quality carpet and our preferred colour to the laying of the carpet (and padding underneath). The wall to wall bedroom carpeting work also was of the highest caliber. Assads two upholster cleanning professionals cleaned all furniture upholstery including sofas, overstuffed chairs, 10 upholstered pillows and more with quiet and high quality results and expertise. We recommend without reservation Assad, his expert professionals and this company for your carpeting and upholstery cleaning needs. Bravo!

The mature professionalism of Hero's Plumbing owner and staff was unsurpassed. They came in on time and on budget with no mess in the yard or the house afterwards because they kept everything clean as they went and cleaned at the end.. They were the most reasonable bidder and surpassed expectations!!
