We connected with Williams through our contractor P & P General Contractors when we decided to reno our 1990s kitchen in our 100 + year old Toronto Beaches home. Both teams worked very well together making the reno work and timing seamless. We are very pleased with the excellent quality of the cabinets and the work of Williams and his team. We came to him with a design of the kitchen and cabinets but he worked with us to bring our basic concept to life. We were excited about our reno but were nervous about actually choosing cabinets as this is what pulls a kitchen together and makes it functional. Williams spent a lot of time with us envisioning and choosing the actual cabinets, handles and inserts which make a difference when actually using the kitchen. Williams pays attention to all the little details that we wouldnt think about and is very creative. He gave us great input which helped us create a cohesive and gorgeous new kitchen. We have a small powder room- 3 ½ x 4 foot - adjacent to the kitchen which was also renovated. It was challenging to find a small sink cabinet to meet our needs and to replace the pedestal sink. Williams offered to make the cabinet and matching mirror which fits, suits the space and is gorgeous. No reno is without challenges and some adjustments were required including adjusting the height of a pantry pullout drawer. These were handled professionally and in a timely manner. Overall, our experience working with Williams was excellent. We love our cabinets and the look of our powder room. The feedback from friends and family has been fabulous. If you want a contractor that you can really trust, who completes his work in the time frame that he has put in his contract, who provides excellent quality and has an excellent team- you need Natanaels P & P Contractors. This was our third time working with Natanael and this was our big project. We renovated a 1990s era kitchen & powder room in a 100+ year old house in the Beaches and extended a bedroom on the second floor. We wanted the job done right including demolishing to the studs, reinsulating and leveling very crooked beach floors. Natanael gave us a 1213 week time frame and came in on time even with the extra jobs we included. We knew the floor was uneven but were shocked to find newspapers helping to level the floor from the 1920s & 1970s when a back porch was enclosed into the kitchen. The floor needed a lot of levelling as there was an 8-inch difference in floor height from front to back. As Natanael says there is always a solution to a problem. Natanael warned us there can be surprises when renovating old homes but his costs only altered when surprises arose as we anticipated they would. The work progressed seamlessly with his team and he ensured good integration and quality work with his subcontractors. Natanael provided creative ideas and options while working, such as suggesting that we extend the wall of our small (3 1/2x4 foot) powder room about 3 inches & reorient our toilet. Now our small room feels large! We are very pleased with our new kitchen which looks modern yet inviting with its custom cabinets, porcelain floor and quartz countertop. We get nothing but rave reviews from family and friends on this reno. Our second floor room extension turned a small west facing bedroom into a gorgeous sunset /guest room with pullout couch and large windows and hardwood flooring. Natanael was able to add on jobs like replace and level our 2nd floor doors, refinish old wooden doors to the kitchen, replace an outside door, replace a number of windows and add luxury vinyl flooring to the basement. Most impressive was replacing our 2 sets of crooked and unevenly spaced stairs. Natanael clearly loves and has pride in his work and team and has a classic work ethic where the team worked on Saturday when necessary. We hired Natanael and his team to reno our basement bathroom in our 100 + year old home in the Beaches. During the work it was discovered that our basement was leaking. Natanael was able to bring in another team to do indoor waterproofing & install a back flow valve immediately. He was adept at adjusting to our problem quickly & completing the work in the agreed upon time frame for the project. Several years later we didn't hesitate to call P & P for our next project in our bedroom. This involved removing 2 walls down to the studs, reinsulating, painting, installing a cabinet & redoing a popcorn ceiling. It was not a surprise that there wasn't any wall insulation & now the room is much warmer! Natanael is thorough, able to problem solve, provides a detailed contract with an accurate time frame for the project completion & provides ongoing info re the project progression. The team ensured the area was clean at he end of each day. The team was very experienced, provided quality workmanship and were polite & friendly. it is time to do another reno involving the kitchen, possible expansion of a bedroom & porch reno. East end has a wide selection all summer and is a really good place to go at the end of summer for good prices on perennials. You can also get a good selection of the old style cell packs.

bought a new house & have a norwalk maple tree in the front & can't grow a thing. great advise on what to consider planting as well as info on perrennials for all sun/shade conditions

Needed a new floor for an old beaches house with uneven floor. couldn't get some companies to even give estimate to try to even the floor & than do new hardwood. bousada was great- evened the floor as best as possible & the flooring looks great! we agreed to put original baseboards back but they looked awful & I didn't think they would be repairable even when they finished. got them to split the labour on new baseboards & am very happy!
