I contacted Natanael and his team again to redo my main bathroom. They redid the whole bathroom including tub, tiles and light fixtures. The bathroom looks amazing now. It was so outdated but now I'm proud to show it off. I just had our basement redone by P&P and now the bathroom. As before they did an amazing job. Can't wait for the next project my master bath. Thanks again everyone who worked on getting this done so quick and making it so beautiful. Definitely contact them for any home renos they are very reliable and hard working.

My wife and I hired Natanael and his crew from P&P to fully finish the basement in our newly purchased home. What impressed us right from the get go is how professional Natanael was. Even from the initial visit, where he took in the project and described his plans for the basement, we knew that this was a man we could trust. This was the most important factor for us - finding someone who would be honest with us about the price, the work that needed to be done, and the timeline. These guys arrived on time, worked hard and diligently, rectified any issues that arose in a timely manner, and were very clean and respectful of our home. The job was completed on schedule and on budget and we could not be happier with the results. I went with P&P Renovations due to the other glowing reviews on Homestars. We were looking to have a room turned into a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, the location of the bathroom was not roughed in so the work involved was technical in nature. This is our first experience with any major renovation project so we were looking for someone to guide us through the process. As soon as we met Natanael we knew we'd found the right company for the project, he came across as knowledgable and communicative and quickly responded back with a detailed quote. He laid out clearly the items we needed to source (e.g. tile, vanity), and what materials would be included as part of the quote, as well as the payment schedule. The work began exactly on schedule and was complete within 3 weeks which was well within the timeframe initially provided. Throughout the project the onsite coordinator, Mauricio, and his team kept the site very clean and protected all the floor coverings. Both Mauricio and Natanael quickly responded to phone calls and emails regarding the work being carried out. They engaged and coordinated the various specialist sub-contractors during the process to complete the plumbling/electrics/glass work taking all the pressure and strain away from us. They also accomodated some minor changes along the way without additional cost. The project was delivered on time and on budget, and we are very happy with the quality of the work delivered. Many of our neighbours have seen the finished product and were amazed at the speed at which P&P worked given their experiences with over firms where projects overran budget and timeline significantly. These guys also stand by their warranty, we had a very minor concern we wanted investigated after the project was complete and we had paid the money in full and they had someone around the very next day … great customer service ! P&P have given us confidence to consider more renovation projects in the future, and they will be our go-to contractor, we highly recommend them to others .. Although I think our neighbours might have them booked up for the next few months :)

I needed to finish a room in the basement of my new home and so I contacted at least 20 reno companies & handymen for quotes. Although P&P was not the cheapest, they were the most professional: they took the time to and see what needed to be done and then followed up with a very detailed quote along with their credentials, warranty info and references. Of all the people I contacted, they stood out through thoroughness and presentation. I dealt with Natanael Sr. (the owner) throughout the duration of the project. If I was to sum up with one word, it would have to be RELIABLE. He started on the day he promised, he showed up every day as promised and finished BEFORE the estimated completion date. Since I hadn’t moved in, he also took the time to email me every day with a progress report: what was completed, what’s next and estimated completion date. The room was done very nicely and with great attention to detail (their painter even took the time to call and ask if I wanted egg shell or flat paint). Since I was happy with their work, I asked Natanael to do a second job for me replacing the countertops in the ensuite. Although it was a last minute request, he managed to fit it in, and get it done within the promised timeframe. Beautiful installation! Best of all: no hidden costs or surprises. P&P delivered on time and on budget and definitely on my go to renovators list.

I have supplied P&P with all their material, from drywall to lumber, flooring and tools. Natty is very professional, very fast and organized in his jobs. likes to finish one job completely before tackling another. All the tools that he owns are topf the line from Dewalt tiles to Bosch drills. Natty uses the best material available and doesn't make any short cuts. I would recommend P&P for all you renovation needs, indoor or outdoor.

We couldn’t be happier with P&P Renovations. We all know the horror stories that often come with contractors, however P&P finished our reno’s ahead of schedule and on budget, giving us a new kitchen and bathroom that we absolutely love! Reno’s are stressful, especially since it’s our first one! Add in the anticipation of a baby in four months to the mix and needless to say we were a bit jittery. We only got quotes from three contractors, the third of which was from P&P Renovations. After meeting with the owner Natanael, we were sold. He put us at ease right from the start, and provided us with a detailed quote within two days of our meeting. Throughout the process, Natanael responded quickly to all of our many emails and provided detailed and clear answers. During the actual renovations, several issues came up as would be expected from an old house, but he and the crew were always able to come up with brilliant solutions in no time at very little (and often no) added cost to us. Crew chief Mario and his folks worked diligently and efficiently, working all day every weekday. We can’t thank P&P Renovations enough for making our first major renovation so quick and stress-free. We would highly recommend them in a heartbeat.

We would highly recommend P & P Renovations. Natanael came to our place and listened to what we wanted to have done (renovations for 3 bathrooms and the laundry room) and provided excellent advice and guidance with respect to design and purchasing materials. We were provided with a quote via email which was complete with a detailed breakdown of the work to be done so there would be no surprises later on. In addition there were testimonials from clients and pictures of previous work, insurance and WSIB information. We were very happy at the quality of work and level of professionalism displayed by Mario and his team. We hired P&P Renovations to do a partial basement reno and a complete bathroom reno for our master ensuite. We were completely satisfied with the service that we received and we will definitely hire this company to complete all our renovations, going forward! Right from the start, we were satisfied with the excellent communication. Natanael (Nathy) was very informative and polite when we spoke to him over the phone. He was not rude, unlike some of the other reno companies listed on this site. Nathy was cost conscious and proposed practical solutions. All trades were professional, knowledgeable, dedicated and friendly. Despite our inability to get to work during a snow storm, they somehow managed to get to our house and worked for a full day. Nathy delivered what he promised; there were no surprises. He transformed our basement from what seemed like an "outdoor nightmare" into a functional part of our home ... and it's not even completely finished yet! Mauricio and his team found the space to give us extra height where there was none before. They also transformed our cold room from an "insectarium" into a functional pantry. Along the way, Nathy offered lots of great suggestions, which we followed. We were happy with all of them. We were equally pleased with our bathroom reno. Silvio was pleasant and knowledgeable from start to end. He transformed our old and dingy washroom into a modern/contemporary spa-like washroom. He was mindful to clean up at the end of each day so that there was minimal inconvenience to us. He had great ideas and suggestions that helped us to get the bathroom of our dreams. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure that we were happy with everything. He even purchased a mirror for us when we failed to find one that would compliment our décor. Of course his selection was PERFECT ... like everything else in our new washroom. We contacted P&P last year to get a quote on a complete basement renovation. Natanael contacted us back right away and came by to take a look. He had so many ideas and he really seemed to know what he was talking about. Within that week he sent us the quote and came over to go through it. He explained everything in detail and we were impressed by the way he does business. They started the work January 7th and finished around middle of February right on schedule. The team was amazing. Mario was in charge of our renovation and he was great to deal with, all the other guys were great too always polite hard working. They were very detail oriented and made sure to clean up every night before they left. They even worked some Saturdays just to make sure they got the job done on time. The basement now has a beautiful bathroom, bar, home theatre room and gym. It looks amazing. I highly recommend this company for any home renovations. I am now having them re-do our other bathrooms and other jobs in the house. Thanks to the whole P&P team.
