We have used Paul twice - once to fix a leak that was in a bathtub upstairs It leaked through and messed up a ceiling downstairs. He fixed the leak and also redid the section of the ceiling that he had to cut out in order to access the plumbing. Second time we had a backup in our kitchen sink on Christmas day and could not wash the dishes or use the dishwasher (20 + people for dinner). He came over on Boxing Day and finally cleared the blockage, which took a long time as it was so far out in the system that he had to rent a "power snake" to unplug this blockage

We hired Vern to do this job after getting a good reference. Once the job was done, we had some issues with the workmanship so, he came back and redid part of the job and only charged us for the extra materials required. The finishing work was done to our satisfaction as well. He showed up on time and completed the work in the time frame that he had told us.
