My wife and I took about 5 weeks to settle on a final design. In the process we had no less than 6 revisions to the quote done. Kevin, the sales rep just kept us engaged and had no issues with us. During the build phase the fence design got changed for the better 2 more times on recommendations from the installer and Sunbury handled the cost changes all with minimal follow up needed. After the fence was installed we had 2 small detail issues to correct and Sunbury fixed those at their cost. this is the second time we've had Sunbury replace a section of fence. We have more to do so I suspect we'll be calling them in the not so distant future. Cost effective and professional - what more can you ask?
