Rick Clayton from Real Home Inspections Ontario arrived early for my home inspection. What a great start! Throughout the inspection he was thorough, professional and informative. He took the time to explain what he was looking for, what he found, and how it should be corrected. He provided the report within 24 hours (actually within 12 hours but the inspection was first thing in the morning). His inspection report is extremely well laid out, clearly written, including many photos with notations directly on the photos.
