Had issue with the upstairs sink, which had a small leak and the basement kitchen sink, which contractor who remodelled the downstairs had not installed correctly, so there was a leak. The contractor came back once and attempted to correct the install, but it still didn't work. I had followed up with the contractor a few times, who has promised to come back and fix it but was he did not return the calls. As such. reached out to Waterworks, who had done previous repairs for us and I knew I could trust to get the job done correctly. Process from start to finish with Waterworks is always seamless. I contacted them and spoke with Lisa, who set up an appointment with the technician at specifed date and time window (usually about 3 hours). Then Rupinder called the day of the appointment to let me know the technician was leaving for our job and would be there in about an hour and would be bringing a co-cop student with them. I also received an e-mail confirmation respecting the appointment, which included a photo of the technician. Technician, Alija, arrived at the time noted, along with co-co-op student. Alija was able to diagnose the problem quickly and completed the repairs. He also had a co-op student with him and I was impressed he took the time to mentor the student and provide hands on experience. I appreciate that the work was quality and the have a neat and tidy work area, ensuring to clean up everything. Waterworks is a top notch company. Everyone who works there has a high degree of professionalism and pride in their work, in additional to being very nice. I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work. Technicial
