David does an amazing job finishing antique pieces that are solid and beautiful. We have bought three pieces from him that we get raving comments on, including a fabulous harvest table. His prices seemed more reasonable than other sellers and we trust his work and his integrity.
Rob came the same day we called and fixed our leaking bathtub quickly and professionally. He was personable, clearly communicated the problem and only charged a small fee for the repair. We will definitely use him again.
Arsin was able to repair our dishwasher, stove, washer and dryer at reasonable rates so that we got a few more years of use out of them. If they didn't have a part, they were quick to return with one and finish the job.
We had a great experience with this company. Our roofer was honest, professional, reasonable and skilled. Highly recommended. He's done all the roofs at the end of our street now.
We were happy with the work Silvera Designs did. They made good recommendations on painting and flooring to help improve the general appeal of the house. The also were creative and professional in their staging of our rooms. My only recommendation would be to compare their quotes to another stager. We didn't and our cost was substantially higher than our neighbours who also staged their home.

We used Moncada in the past and liked our salesman. We found the price on the door we installed high however when we compared it to our neighbours who paid quite a bit less for a nicer door. Also, the paste around the door wasn't applied very smoothly, though they did return to fix it when we called them.
Antonio was great - polite, efficient, easy to communicate with, punctual and honest. Even though the job ended up being more complicated than he thought, he stuck to the original quote. Also, he got the job done in a short time frame.
Mark did a great job. He finished on time, kept to his estimate, maintained a clean work site and produced quality work. He was also flexible as we added extra tasks to the job.
