Dave is a very patient and thorough professional. We wasted some time finding the water shutoff in our condo, which was hidden behind the washroom basin cabinet! He repaired/improved existing drainage & water supply and cleaned up well after he was done. But here is the best part: About 2 months later, we noticed that the faucet was becoming loose. We called Dave and we was there within 24 hours to fix the problem. He took the time out of his busy day to look after us and didn't charge us anything. Now that's service! And also the best way to gain a customer for life as well as referrals. Well done Dave!

Despite the massive renovation in progress and the fact that we only needed a small amount of tile & grout to finish a project, we were treated like important customers. All the sales & support staff were friendly, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The pickup counter was well-staffed and organized. Overall, a very impressive experience. We will definitely be back for our next reno project. Thanks.
