There is one similar review as I am going to write (Move from apt to townhouse). My experience was word to word same. I had set up appointment and finalized charges over the phone. Name of the person I was talking to was Rick. I was told all inclusive $65/Per hour and 2 movers and one truck. I had mentioned explicitly that we have split level house. Movers arrived on time. They asked me to sign insurance waiver. I read it and noticed extra charge for stairs. I spoke with the owner over the phone and he explained it was only for heavy appliances and since I had none it will not be applicable for me. I wrote at the bottom that "No heavy appliances. No extra charge" and took signature of one of the movers. They loaded all the stuff. Arrived 1 hour late to the new address. I was told they do not take highway. (for no apparent reason). The mover presented me bill which had around $300 extra that what was quoted to me earlier in mileage, extra charge for stairs, Fuel charge etc. When we argued that this is more than what we discussed, they refused to unload the stuff. I made big mistake hiring there guys. I should have looked up for the reviews on these movers. I hope you will get hold of my review and NEVER HIRE these movers. Their number is 647 339 0071.
