Arrived within 10 mins to sort out our no heat situation and had a new part sourced and installed within an hour of diagnosing the problem with our furnace. Best part was that they attempted to resolve the problem over the phone to save a house call - really appreciated their efforts! I've booked them to come back this week for a maintenance call to make sure everything else is in working order!
