No issues with the window cleaning but the admin piece is poor. Seems like the admin person only works 1 day per week and some emails go unanswered. My windows were cleaned on May 13th. Invoice received that afternoon said payment is due APRIL 30th (instead of May 30th) and now I'm getting past due reminders. I also got daily emails to complete various surveys (this is one of them).
