I am so pleased the previous homeowners of my house decided to purchase their windows through Clera. As the current homeowner, after 15 years of the windows being installed, I had a minor repair issue and called Clera and spoke to a wonderful and understanding woman named Rita. After a brief discussion she arranged for a certified clera repair person to come to my house. I am so delighted and pleased with the exemplary customer service and highly recommend this company to all persons looking for windows.
