Water dripping from ceiling in both bathrooms, they came out 1 year after we bought the house and now having same issue. Called them they said to call Pete the plumber. Poor quality as it was a spec home. We previously bought a home from Broadview had it for 15 years had issues with the pipes as well they came out and took care of it immediately.
