STAY AWAY!!!.. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. I was promised appliances 1 week after my check was cashed I received a notice that no appliances will be provided, then a week later my closing dates changed. Im certain that they knew the exact date before accepting my payment. The townhome experience has been the absolute worse. Because there isnt a model home to view Empire just does whatever the heck they decide, the design is horrible and makes the least sense. The kitchen has two large upper cabinets to the right and 3 smaller cabinets to the left, it looks absolutely ridiculous no thought was put into it and it was not emphasized during the selling phase.. they refused to give the option to make it symmetrical. The construction materials as outdated and cheap yet they charge a premium. At this price point a lot more should be available.. they provided a laundry closet 3.5 ft wide (side by side) not even an option.. who approved this layout should be let go.. no regard for the needs of the client whatsoever.. shameful..
