Investigated leak in bathtub after house purchase.
We reached out to Ken because he was highly recommended, even though we were located in Toronto. He was fantastic to work with, and worked methodically to identify the issue with the tub that had intermittently been leaking water down into our kitchen (we had some guesses that turned out to be wrong!). The issue was identified and resolved in one visit, he was thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. Would recommend again without any hesitation.
