The manager's refusal to acknowledge their company's wrongdoing and their blatant disregard for customer feedback was nothing short of appalling. In conclusion, I strongly advise against doing business with OneStop Disposal. Their unethical business practices, disrespectful customer service, and exorbitant fees make them a company to avoid at all costs.
