I have been battling with multiple contractors trying to solve this issue. Mauricio and his team came in one day to assess what was required. Within days a plan was put together and in the span of a week the project was completed flawlessly. Mauricio and his assistant worked long hours in the cold and rain to get it done. He also provided a full report with updated schematics. He's one of the very few that will follow up once his work is done. Great team!
