What a amazing experience dealing Premium Siding. I am very much an advocate of seeking services with the highest quality product/workmanship, best dollar for value and most importantly outstanding customer service. Premium Siding falls into all these categories. Getting an estimate could not be easier. I sent pictures of the areas which required work and Rimas was able to provide a more than reasonable estimate extremely quickly. He followed up by scheduling time with me the next day to provide an overview of the work required while offering a selection of colours/finishes to choose. This is great as other companies do not give you a preference of finish (e.g. matte or semi-gloss) and you are limited to what they provide you. This really allows you to customize your preference. Rimass takes pride in his workmanship and you can see it in the results of his work. In addition, he is highly communicative as he welcomed me to inspect his work and ask questions/make suggestions. His vast knowledge and expertise shows in the confidence of his work. Most importantly, his ultimate goal was make sure I was happy. Job was completed well within the estimated timeframe provided and work area around the home was spotless. I highly recommended Premium Siding as they exceeded my expectations. Rimass honesty, professionalism and workmanship are key areas why you should consider him for your next job!

Extremely impressed with my dealings and experience with Vanguard Caulking. Getting an estimate was so simple. No appointment needed. Rimas (owner) responded within hours requesting pics of the home and provided a very reasonable estimate instantly. Service included the recaulking of all windows, doors, garage door, vents and pipes. 2 gentleman arrived 7am and worked non stop to get the job done. Old caulking was removed with chisel and hammer, if there were any gaps added backerrod and recaulked. Dowsil CWS was used to caulk. Quality work Rimas was amazing to deal with. Very responsive, fair and honest. I highly recommend Vanguard Caulking and have already recommended to my neighbours. A rating of 10 out 10 is well deserved.
