Staff very willing to provide advise on product plus instalation recommendations. we installed ourselves, and after getting started, no problems. we have also had them install carpet, excellent job. One installer spent ages wrapping carpet around stair pickets, you cannot see any staples at all.
Design air was part of a major renovation for our home, they redesigned the heating and air conditioning system, and installed with efficiency. also, later came back and installed direct hot water system. recommend to friends.
