Bought a fridge which is great. The delivery was the worst experience ever! Delivery guy unloads fridge in garage gets a signature and then leaves say fridge is connected to water. We replaced fridge because the ice/water leaked and and was removed weeks earlier. Was on phone with driver as someone else was at home explaining its not connected to water, said move fridge to kitchen and I would do it myself. He put the phone down and walked out of the house without listening or moving the fridge. Wouldnt answer the phone couldnt get another delivery same day had to make arrangements again for delivery the next day with someone to be home and then they were 2 h late from appt time. Couldnt get any updates. Different drive comes unplugs fridge takes it out and replaces with new fridge in minutes. Old driver just being lazy and didnt want to work. Home Depot needs to have better partners in delivery then I will consider buying appliances.
