I hired these guys to come over to replace my locks With a high security system. The install job was really bad and left a lot of damage on my doors. Before I had them come over I had installed brand new locks myself which they took from my property without my consent or knowledge. They overcharged me hundreds and hundreds of dollars. I ordered a 5 inch backlay and some child locks, they told me a price, I refused to pay that price as I knew I could get significantly cheaper. The installer went to tell me that I can just get them installed and pay for them and I would get reimbursed when I showed them the cheaper ones as I price guarantee, and they ghosted me and never called me back or tried to fix the problem. The installer was very unprofessional with handling this whole situation and just the install in itself.
