My PDI experience was similar to the other review on this site. It's been 3 months following occupancy and Domicile not only has not addressed deficiencies in my unit but their workers are incompetent and have damaged several areas in the process of repairs. Their appliances and cabinetry also have several defects and they refuse to address these issues. In my opinion, the Tarion warranty is useless. I definitely do not recommend Domicile Developments and give them a negative rating.
