We are first-time homebuyers, and we were referred to Qualitex. Thankfully! Mr. Rodney, the inspector who did the work, was very informative and thorough. He was focused and actually checked every nook and cranny of the place. We were very pleased with his work and glad that he actually did check everything, including the roof! He also sent a full report with pictures. Very nice! Thank you, Mr. Rodney/Qualitex!
