purchased a new kitchen window from this company. timelines were fair. Installation was a bit of a shock because at completion I noticed that the new window frame was a bit dented from being banged in, which I had to fix. I was not aware that I would be required to paint the interior frame, nor that the removal of the original window would leave part of the wall around the frame damaged, which I had to also fix and repaint the wall. I did provide feedback to the company but got no response. It may have been in the fine print but having had a head's up would have made a big difference.
